This webinar will cover changes in the law applicable to required minimum distributions (RMDs) from qualified retirement plans and IRAs that have been enacted over the last two years. This webinar will also discuss strategies for responding to these changes, when these changes become effective, and the possible need to revise estate planning documents. This course will also include a review of those provisions of the law relating to RMDs that have not been changed and remain in effect.

Robert J. Lowe is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, where he heads the employee benefits and executive compensation practice.
